Welcome to my new site!

Hello world!

If you don't know me, my name is Michael and I make yoyo string. What a weird thing to say when people ask what you do. But hey, it's a job and it's a lot of fun!

I've been wanting to make a website for a while, and recently my shop has grown to a point where it's worth it to get a website rather than keep paying Etsy's ever-increasing fees. I'll still keep my Etsy shop live, since some people will probably prefer shopping there and Etsy does drive some traffic to my shop, but for anyone who wants to support me, purchasing through this website will benefit me more while costing you the exact same.

I don't want to actually become a blogger, this section of my site is just for sharing news. For those who don't know, I'm basically a one-man operation. My wife helps me with packaging orders, but I don't have any employees to help make strings or anything like that. I sometimes say "we" when referring to Bad Wolfe Co, simply because it sounds professional, but it's really all me. But some people don't realize that, and a lot of people don't know what's going on at Bad Wolfe Co (a.k.a. my house) so I thought it would be fun to give you all a place to find out more about my life, my business, and the operations that go into making yoyo string and managing a small internet shop. So for those of you who have found this blog and care, you'll get sneak peeks of new things coming soon, as well as a peek behind the curtain to see how the sausage is made, so to speak.
